F1留门生若何办加拿大签证 Visitor Visa [寄送到纽约]

加拿大官方网站, 点击 apply for vistor visa for myself, 建立账号，起头填写申请信息。
填写信息：

• 申请范例：Visitor visa or super visa
  
• 申请来由：To visit Canada as a tourist
  
• 具体来由: Visit Toronto as a tourist on Dec. 23 for one week.
  
• Type of travel document: passport. Type of passport, Regular.
  
• Do you currently hold a valid U.S. nonimmigrant visa? Yes.
  
• Non-immigrant visa number, 护照 VISA 页的 visa number.
  
• Are you traveling to Canada by air?  (required) NO (开车出境)
  
• Do you have a valid national identity document? Yes. Document number, 护照号. (身份号也行）
  
• National identity document of the applicant: Passport.
  
• List countries you lived at, China (birth - 出境), US (出境 - 结业).
  
• Do we already have your fingerprints and photo (biometrics), and are they still valid?  (required) NO
  
• How much money do you have for your stay in Canada? (In Canadian dollars - CAD)  (required)** 2000
  
• Is someone else giving you money for your stay in Canada?  (required) NO
  
• Post-secondary education, 填写 university 信息.
  
• Education, address same as home
  
• Employment, unemployed, from birth - 明天的日期。
  
• Travel history from 18 years old to currently live: no.
  
• Do you want to work in one of the following jobs?  (required) NO
  
• Add parent information: 一个就行.
  
• Applicant email: 和注册的一样就行
  

最初一步，上传三个文件，手机摄影就行

• Non immigrant visa: visa.png (VISA 页照片, HEIC 不可，需要把iPhone相机设备 jpg)
  
• National Identity: passport.png (Passport 页照片）
  
• Travel: i94 picture (可去 I94 官网查询 travel history）
  

交钱：$185
提交后 15 天会收到收集指纹邮件

• 打印 Biometric Letter
  
• 官网预定打指纹地址，Burbank, IL.
  
• 带上护照和预定时候截图
  
• 现场 10 min 采好指纹
  

7 天后收到指纹经过，要求30天内寄送护照到纽约大概洛杉矶
1) 打印 Request Letter （IRCC 邮件 portal 里）
2) 在 VFS Global - Additional Service 点击最下方的 Two-way courier (click here)
3) TT Service 建立账户密码，挑选 Original Passport Submission (似乎也有人选 Temporary Resident Visa)


4）增加申请者，每人 77 刀（2022-11-09），付款后收到邮件，里面有个三页的pdf，第三页是checklist


总结上面的checklist， 1) passport; 2) 打印的 Request Letter; 3) 打印并签名的 Consent Form (打印两次); 4) 去银行或 CVS 药店办个 Money order 支票 22.3 刀 + 一些手续费，共24刀; 5) 打印TT Service 包裹条形码 邮件里 （选做）
带着上面五种来到 FedEx，买个信封然后寄进来；若自己有信封，也可装好投放到路边的 FedEx 箱子里。
Two way courier 似乎 1-2 天能寄送到，11/10 寄出，11/16 拿到护照。
