                                                          Health  and Happiness
     Each individual（小我的,零丁的） hopes to lead a happy lifee ,because we only live once.(每小我都希望幸运的生活，由于我们只活一次。)Therefore(是以),we try our best to make our life happier and more meaningful（成心义的，语重心长的）（是以，我们尽最大的尽力让我们的生活更快乐，更成心义。）.
   Happiness lies first of all in health,both physical（身材的） health and mental（心理的） health.（幸运的生活首先在于健康，包括身材健康和心理健康）Only when we have a healthy body and mind can we do other things.（只要当我们具有健康的身心，我们才能去做其他的事。）Happiness is just like a beautiful garden, and health is the key to the door.（幸运就像是一座美丽的花园，健康就是翻开大门的钥匙）If we want to enjoy the flowers,and feel the fragrance of them,we must try to open the door first.(假如我们想要欣赏这些花，感受他们的魅力，我们必须先翻开门)Then,how to stay physicially and mentally healthy?（那末，若何连结身心健康？）
As for me,I clearly（清楚地） understand that nobody can be healthy all the time ,so what I do is work hard,and love the people around me（对我来说，我清楚地晓得没有人能一向连结健.康，所以我所做的就是尽力工作，爱身旁的人）.Besides,I never feel frustrated（沮丧的） by meeting a bit of setback(挫折).（此外，我从不由于一点挫折就沮丧）Instead,I have learned to keep positive（积极的） and optimistic （悲观的） when facing difficulties（困难的） so that I have more power（气力） to keep and pursue（追求）my dreams.（相反，我学会面临困难时连结积极和悲观，这样我就有了更多的气力来连结和追求我的胡想）No matter what happens ,I always hold a positive attitude.（态度）（不管发生什么工作，我总是抱着积极的态度。）
